The Zone Trainer consists of both the Mind and Body Foundations Course and the Mindfulness and Resilience Course.  These courses have been created in a manner that each lesson will build upon each the next.  These courses will teach techniques that will enable you  to gain control of both your mind and your physiology.  In doing so, you will be better prepared for difficult situations and live a more peaceful and harmonious life.  We, at Brain Mechanics make it our mission to find solutions to problems that are both empowering to the individual as well as making them easy to learn, therefore making our curriculum useful in real life situations.  We hope you find the lessons offer as great an impact on you as they have for all of our students (and faculty)!  Happy Learning.

Your first Course will be the Mind and Body Foundations Course.  In order for you to get the most out of this course, we would first like for you to make a commitment to not only us, but yourself, through our Zone Trainer Commitment Statement.  In doing so, you are promising your self to put in both the time and effort to go through and learn these lessons, trust us, it will be worth it!!

In this course, you will be learning about 4-4 Box Breathing, an excellent starting point for building the foundation of your Brain Training Tool Set. 

This Brain Training Course will build upon the previously learned 4-4 Box Breathing, and offer the ability to maintain a more lasting calm.  4-7-8 is the practice of exhaling more than you inhale.

This is your Brain Training Course on 4-4 and 4-7-8 Breathing Combination.  This course will build upon your two previous courses and train you to use both 4-4 and 4-7-8 Breathing to help both establish and maintain a calm mind before, during or after an activating event.  Empowering tools for a stressful world!  Happy Learning.

This Brain Training Course will teach an extremely effective tool for "letting go" of agitation, called Gratitude.  

This is week two of your Brain Training Course on Gratitude.  During this Lesson you will continue your practice of Gratitude and journal your experience after each practice.  Happy Learning.

This Brain Training Exercise Course is called EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique.  This practice is an extremely powerful technique that will give you the power to "let go" of deep mental and emotional conditioning that is the source of specific feelings of agitation.

This is the week 2 course block for the Brain Training Exercise EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique.  In this block you will continue your practice of EFT and journal your experiences in this second week during the practice.  

The 5-5 Heart-Focused Breathing (HFB) Technique is an easy-to-use, energy-saving self-regulation strategy designed to reduce the intensity of a stress reaction and to establish a calm, but alert state.

This is week two of your Brain Training Course on 5-5 Heart Focused Breath.  During this Lesson you will continue your practice and journal your experience after each practice.  Happy Learning.
