The Zone Trainer consists of both the Mind and Body Foundations Course and the Mindfulness and Resilience Course. These courses have been created in a manner that each lesson will build upon each the next. These courses will teach techniques that will enable you to gain control of both your mind and your physiology. In doing so, you will be better prepared for difficult situations and live a more peaceful and harmonious life. We, at Brain Mechanics make it our mission to find solutions to problems that are both empowering to the individual as well as making them easy to learn, therefore making our curriculum useful in real life situations.
