Girl on Mountain  Welcome to the Brain Mechanics Academy's Mindfulness and Resilience Course.  In this course you will be learning techniques that will build upon the practices you learned in our Mind and Body Foundations Course by taking a deeper exploration into the nature of your mental and physical activity and the symbiotic relationship they have with one another.  Just as you did in the Mind and Body Foundations Course, you will be learning new and empowering skills that will help you live a more productive yet peaceful and harmonious life.  

This is your Brain Training Lesson on Mindful Breathing.  Mindful Breathing is a foundational exercise and an excellent first step into understanding the benefits of mindfulness and training your self to focus your energy on what you are experiencing each moment.  In doing so, you will more efficiently be able to process each experience and also function in a more peaceful and harmonious manner, both mentally and physically.
